SellerScope

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 24 July 2026

In short. The research tools are free, so there is nothing to refund unless you have bought a paid plan. If you have, you can cancel any time in one click, and you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no reason needed.

1. The free plan

SellerScope's core features are free and require no payment method. This policy applies only to paid subscriptions.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by writing to info@clarigoinfotech.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal.

Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut off access the moment you cancel. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. Your saved data is not deleted by cancelling.

3. The 14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Write to info@clarigoinfotech.com from the email address on the account.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. We email a reminder before each annual renewal.

If a renewal charges you unexpectedly — you meant to cancel, or did not realise it would renew — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided the plan has not been substantially used in that period. We would rather refund than argue about it.

5. Partial periods

Outside the windows above we do not generally refund partial periods, because you keep access for the time already paid. Two exceptions:

6. When we may decline

We may decline a refund where an account has breached the Terms of Service, where there is evidence of fraud or abuse, or where refunds are being requested repeatedly across successive periods.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once approved we submit them within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. Refunds are issued in the original currency, and we cannot compensate for exchange-rate movement or fees charged by your bank.

Where a payment provider acts as merchant of record for your purchase, the refund is processed through them and may appear on your statement under their name.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law, including any statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases in your country. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law applies.
